Delivery information

We currently deliver to the UK ONLY.

We regret that due to the Brexit transition, we have suspended European shipping.
We are sorry for the inconvenience and we hope to have this shipping option available again as soon as possible.

Please note: Unfortunately we cannot ship to USA.

Free delivery on orders over £50 for UK orders.

We aim to deliver your items within 3-5 days from the date of your order.

During December please allow longer for your delivery. Our last Christmas order date is the 18th of December, any order placed after this date may arrive after the 25th of December.

DUE TO CURRENT CIRCUMSTANCES SURROUNDING COVID-19 SHIPPING MAY BE LONGER but we are aiming to meet our customers needs as soon as possible. 

However, we shall not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in fail due to circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery will be made to the shipping address specified when you complete your order.

Deliveries are collected Monday- Friday as result orders placed after 10 am on a Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.

We reserve the right to withdraw or replace products online without notice, prices are also subject to change without notice.

You will receive an order confirmation email and a separate dispatch confirmation email.

On the day our fulfilment company dispatches your goods you will receive e-mail/text notification from the courier confirming that the items have been dispatched.

If you are not in when the delivery is made a card will be left with contact details for you to arrange further delivery. Should these attempts fail the goods will be returned to us and an additional delivery charge may be applied for redelivery.

Accepting a delivery

Our standard deliveries are made during normal business hours, Monday to Friday; to ensure prompt delivery, someone must be present to sign for the parcel. If you are not at home when the product is delivered or no one is available at your address to take delivery, the courier will provide instructions for re delivery to you.

If after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery, the costs associated with such failed delivery have to be borne by you.

Please be advised, that under the courier terms and conditions, the carrier does not inspect the consignment at any point before or during transit. This means that it is up to the customer to not only ensure that someone who is over 18 is available to receive the parcel, but that the condition of the contents needs to be checked upon receipt.

Please be advised that except in case of Delivery in a Safe Place, the courier requires the Recipient of a Parcel to be of Legal Age. Furthermore, you as the recipient of the order, acknowledge that the courier will not carry out any age verification upon delivery.

Returns

If there is any issue with your purchase or you would like to return for any reason, please fill in the contact form on our “Get In Touch” page  and we will contact you directly.

All alcohol orders up to 30KG-  £7.50
All non-alcohol orders-  £4.00
Tweed throw order only – £7.50

EU Delivery Pricing – Not currently applicable.
