The hint of smoke in our Lower East Side whisky works brilliantly with pineapple, making for a refreshing summer whisky drink. We call this bad boy the Lowdown Special and it’s perfect for surprising your guests with something new at a BBQ.

50ml Lower East Side whisky

50ml pineapple juice

Build in a tall glass over lots of ice

Top up with a good Ginger Beer and garnish with a lime wedge or a chunk of char-grilled pineapple
