Kerr’s bright juniper and citrus notes on the nose compliment ginger and herbal flavours, and the hint of liquorice in the gin’s finish pairs well with sharper fruits like citrus, grapfruit and raspberry.
– 60ml Kerr’s
– 30ml Lemon Juice
– 22.5ml Triple Sec (Cointreau)
– 10ml Honey Syrup
– Egg White
Shake vigorously with ice for 15-20 seconds, strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with lemon twist.

– 7.5ml Almond Syrup
– Egg White
Shake vigorously with ice for 15-20 seconds, strain into chilled Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with Gypsy Grass.
